Low season doesn’t have to hurt this much.
We’re a local group. We help small businesses in Cabo San Lucas — especially the downtown bars and restaurants — come through the 2026 low season stronger and hit the 2027 high season leaner, tougher, and with a firmer grip on their cash.

The moment
Six slow months decide the year.
Low season is unforgiving when you’re running blind. The businesses that come out the other side strong aren’t the ones selling the most — they’re the ones that know, week in and week out, where money is leaking and where they’re leaving it on the table. You can see it. And you can fix it.
How we work with you
Several ways to start. All low-risk.
Most consultants drop a deck and disappear. We stay until the results show up in your numbers — and that’s when we get paid.
Learn to read your own business.
Nobody ever taught you how to read your numbers — so it’s easy for things to slip by. Hands-on workshops for you and your team, from sales by shift to inventory control.
Where your leaks and your levers are.
You don’t know how much you’re losing until someone measures it. In as little as 48 hours, we put a number on the trapped cash — and on the opportunities.
We win when you win.
Hiring help is usually a blind bet. Not with us: we charge a percentage of the real, measured benefit. If it doesn’t show up in your numbers, we don’t get paid.
Live monitoring that tells you what to do.
Reports hand you raw data and leave you on your own. We give you recommendations — on top of the system you already run, or we help you implement one, terminals included.
Free for selected clients — first we make sure we’re a good match.
Under the hood
Want to see how? This is what we measure.
The engine behind every path. You don’t need to understand it for it to work — but here it is, no smoke and mirrors: two fronts, the same two that drive your profit.
Front 1 · Revenue
Every shift, every employee, every hour.
Average ticket, how long a check stays open, checks per hour — by employee, by hour, by day. Weekly, or live.
Average ticket by employee · vs. house average · example
≈ +$38,000/mo if everyone closed like Caro
- Operational execution, shift by shift.
- Staffing that fits — never over, never under.
- Who sells, and who needs coaching.
- Where the upsell is being lost.
Front 2 · Costs
From a simple count to your true cost.
- 01Count what matters, often.ABC teaser: not everything gets counted the same — the few products worth the most get counted the most.
- 02Calculate your inventory turns.
- 03And from there, your true unit cost, step by step.
- 04Standard costs + real-time inventory depletion.Unlocks

Then the fixed costs: power, water, rent.
The Vault
There’s a lot more inside.
This is what’s already running for the businesses we work with. It unlocks once we get to know each other.
Downtown
A stronger downtown doesn’t take from the hotels. It grows the pie.
When downtown Cabo is livelier and more reliable, the all-inclusive guest has a real reason to come out and spend here. We don’t compete with the hotels — we make it worth coming into town.
Who’s behind this
A local group. With a global backbone.
We’ve spent decades building, operating and advising more than 100 businesses — from early-stage startups to multinationals. We’ve worked directly with global controllership and with the CFO or head of finance, at both the corporate and the segment level.
We’ve walked nearly every one of their plants — across Asia, Israel, Ireland and the United States.
On the revenue and inventory team, through the pandemic.
That big-league experience now works for the corner business.
Before we start
We don’t work with everyone. And we tell you why.
What we offer is free for selected clients. Not for exclusivity’s sake — but because we can only help you if we can run a real analysis. We’d rather be honest from the start.
What we need from you
- 100% of your order tickets, exported straight from your system — plus any manual adjustments.
- Something to reconcile against — ideally one or two months tied out to bank and/or card statements. The more complete, the sharper the analysis.
- One month of supplier invoices for what you sell — your inventory purchases.
When it might be too soon
- Very early-stage businesses without a stable operation yet.
- Businesses mid-transition, with too much variability to measure well.
Without that data we can’t do our job properly — and we won’t pretend we can.
Start today
Score your operation in two minutes.
Answer honestly. At the end we’ll tell you where you’re leaving money on the table — and whether you qualify for the next level. We work closely with a few at a time, so first we get to know each other.
